We recently hosted the first workshop of a series of workshops, designed and delivered by the Arduino Community of Bahrain. The workshop focused on the fundamentals and introduced the topic of physical computing and microcontrollers for beginners. The participants were also able to apply what they have learned in those two days workshops in a real life scenario, where they used their sensors and output devices in a smart home model.
The following workshops will delve deeper in the world of physical computing and participants are expected to learn how to design and build their own microcontroller development board, utilizing the Arduino as a model open source board to learn those principles.
